Hi! I'm Jen.
For years, I thought fitness was about changing my body.
What I discovered was that the biggest transformation had very little to do with the number on the scale.
Fitness taught me discipline, resilience and
how to trust myself. It showed me that the way we speak to ourselves matters just as much as the workouts we do.

Today, I help women build strength, confidence, and self-trust through fitness, coaching, and community.
​
Because I know what it feels like to start over.
I know what it feels like to doubt yourself.
And I know how powerful it can be when you finally realize you're capable of more than you think. I'm so glad you're here.
