About the event
Join us for this special New Years Day sound bath at The Yoga Center. Bring a journal and a pen... we will be pulling cards and setting intentions for the new year ahead. Good for all levels... newbies welcome! Jen will use vocals, gongs, drums, chimes, vocals and a full 432hz crystal singing bowl set for the sound bath. This is going to be a transformative session. We'll go into 2024 rooted in the vibrations of love, gratitude and community.
